FINE LOCAL WINE SELECTION
All our wines are produced regionally in a small wine village called Salgesch. The winery Adrian & Diego Mathier has been named "Winemaker of the Year" several times and was recently named the first "Swiss Winemaker of the Decade". All their wines can be bought directly in our restaurant. We would be pleased to advise you in a personal consultation. Santé!

Our Roots
We started our restaurant in December 2019 with one goal in mind: to offer a slightly different dining experience with mostly local ingredients. Thanks to over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a lot of dedication, we have managed to perfect our recipes. We offer dishes that are fresh, hearty and simply made with love.
